Promoting artists and art, through exhibitions, education and fellowship
Our Story
The SWMO Visual Arts Collective is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing and promoting the arts in the Springfield area. Our members represent a wide range of artistic styles and backgrounds, united by a shared passion for creating and sharing art with the community.
Whether you are a seasoned artist or just beginning your creative journey, the SWMO Arts Collective offers a welcoming environment where artists can connect, learn, and grow together.
Our organization is committed to fostering creativity, collaboration, and artistic development among our members.
We hold monthly meetings on the second Wednesday of each month, which include a brief business session followed by a featured presentation, guest speaker, or demonstration. Throughout the year, we also host a variety of gatherings where members can share their latest artwork, exchange ideas, and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow artists.
We invite you to join us and discover all that the SWMO Visual Arts Collective has to offer.
